What’s included with every Dainty Treats Bar booking?

 

Every Dainty Treats Bar experience includes:

 

• Luxury mobile dessert cart

• Professional cart setup and styling

• Friendly, professional attendant(s)

• Disposable serving supplies

• Cleanup of our serving area

• Your selected menu items based on the package purchased

How do I book my event?

 

A signed service agreement and a $100 non-refundable deposit  are required to secure your event date. ($250 for larger events.)

 

• Your deposit  is applied toward your total balance.

• The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.

• Events booked within 14 days of the event date require payment in full at the time of booking.

What do I need to provide?

 

To ensure a smooth setup, we ask that you provide:

 

• A safe, level setup area (minimum 7’ × 7’)

• Adequate space for our cart

• Easy loading and unloading access

• Nearby parking

• An electrical outlet if required for your selected service

• Any venue approvals or required permits

 

Please note that additional fees may apply if stairs, elevators, or long walking distances are involved.

When do you arrive?

 

Our team typically arrives 1–2 hours before service to complete setup.

 

Service begins and ends at the times listed in your agreement.

 

Need additional service time? Extra hours may be added for an additional fee and should be requested before your event whenever possible.

When is my final guest count due?

 

Your final guest count must be submitted at least 14 days before your event.

 

Pricing is based on your confirmed guest count. If additional guests attend, we cannot guarantee service unless arrangements have been made in advance.

Do you charge travel fees?

 

Travel within 30 miles of Conyers, Georgia is included.

 

Events outside this service area are subject to a $65 travel fee.

What happens if it rains?

 

For outdoor events:

 

• Clients must provide adequate overhead coverage.

• Severe weather may require relocating service indoors.

• Weather-related cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability.

Are there venue requirements?

 

Yes. Clients are responsible for ensuring:

 

• Venue approval

• Required permits (if applicable)

• Loading and unloading access

• Suitable parking

 

Any venue-related fees are the client’s responsibility.

Can I make changes after booking?

 

Yes! Changes to the following must be submitted in writing:

 

• Event date

• Event time

• Venue

• Guest count

• Menu selection

• Setup location

 

Changes requested within 7 days of your event are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

Your $100/$250 deposit is non-refundable.

 

• More than 30 days before your event: Any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded.

• Within 30 days of your event: Payments are non-refundable.

 

Date changes may be accommodated based on availability.

Can I serve outside food from your cart?

 

No. Outside food or beverages may not be served from our cart without prior approval.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

 

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

 

• Milk

• Eggs

• Peanuts

• Tree Nuts

• Soy

• Wheat

• Gluten

 

While we take great care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with food allergies consume our products at their own discretion.

Will photos from my event be used?

 

We may photograph our cart setup and event décor for our website, marketing materials, and social media.

 

If you prefer that your event not be photographed, simply let us know before your event.
